What type of exercise do you like the most and why?
I love Pilates the most because I can do it comfortably at home. It's gentle yet effective and has been my favorite since I stopped doing gymnastics over 10 years ago
How has training affected you and your relationship with your body?
Training has positively affected my relationship with my body. I noticed this especially during pregnancy, as years of training helped me feel connected to and confident in my body

Training is important to me because it provides a break from daily life, boosts my energy, gives me personal time, improves my well-being and makes me happier
