I love Pilates the most because I can do it comfortably at home. It's gentle yet effective and has been my favorite since I stopped doing gymnastics over 10 years ago

Keep workouts short and consistent. Even 5 minutes of movement makes a difference. Train smart instead of hard and long. Aim for sustainable routines. Do Slice!
