What type of exercise do you like the most and why?

I love running , it´s so …complete and effective in a very unique way. It makes my heart beat, my mind rest and gives me good energy.

Running helps me push myself and my limits which makes me confident in other parts of my life when I need it.

How has training affected you and your relationship with your body?

I love how training makes me feel, the connection between what I do and how I feel is amazing. I can't imagine not to giving myself the self care that comes with exercise.

Tell us about your relationship to training, why is it so important to you?

Training is my life. I grew up in a very “sporty” family and movement such as track and field and outdoor sports was av very natural part of my childhood. I´ve been working in the fitness industry my whole life. I love how my lifestyle and work fits perfect together.
